At Costa Nova, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new stoneware or home decor doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate stoneware is securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
